Vietnam, UAE to Launch Blockchain-based Digital Finance Framework

Vietnam’s Techsmart Telecom and Institute of Information Technology and CyberSecurity (IITCS) have signed an MoU with UAE-based Venom Foundation and Abu Dhabi’s GS Fund to lay the foundation for a sovereign digital finance framework that merges telecom, blockchain, finance and cybersecurity sectors.
