The European Commission supported the Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) in enhancing its ability to identify atypical bank behavior. As part of this effort, the Financial Market Authority’s (FMA) complaint and enquiry management system was redesigned to potentially serve as a support system for the OeNB.
