The UK Financial Conduct Authority and the US Securities and Exchange Commission sign updated supervisory cooperation arrangements

In early 2019, the FCA and the US SEC proactively updated two critical Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to ensure that the multi-billion dollar financial services trade between the UK and the US remained stable regardless of the Brexit outcome.
