The New Basel Capital Accord: Comments received on the Second Consultative Package

As noted in the Basel Committee's Overview of The New Basel Capital Accord, the Committee wishes to increase transparency of the consultative process by publishing on its website all comments received during the second consultative period. Comments that were clearly marked as confidential have not been published.
