At this year’s IMF/World Bank Spring Meetings, held on 16th April 2024 at the World Bank, the Future Finance Forum, a new global collaboration to put low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) at the centre of Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) research, was launched.
