In a speech, at the Peterson Institute for International Economics event, Agustín Carstens presented a working paper by him and Nandan Nilekani, co-founder of tech giant Infosys, which sets out their vision for the ‘Finternet’, a network of unified ledgers connected by interledger protocols.
