SSC Market Surveillance System (MSS)

Securities market surveillance system launched by Viet Nam's State Securities Commission on 19 March 2013, built by FPT Information System under the Luxembourg-funded Vietnam Capital Market Development project. It monitors trading on the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi stock exchanges and UPCoM, gathers data from the exchanges and the securities depository, and issues alerts on unusual trades.
