SSC IT master plan 2024-2026 and overall market surveillance system

The State Securities Commission is implementing an overall IT system for 2024-2026 with a central specialised data warehouse, and in July 2025 announced an overall three-level trading surveillance system under Politburo Resolution 57-NQ/TW. Ministry of Finance statements say AI and big data for trading surveillance are under research.
