SIAT — Sistema de Alerta Temprana

SIAT is an early warning system operated by the Superintendencia de Bancos de Panamá (SBP) to support early remediation of emerging supervisory concerns in banks. The system collects a wide range of data to generate metrics tracking banks' financial conditions across capital adequacy, liquidity, credit quality, asset quality, and other key indicators.
