SAMA Fintech Application Assessment Tool

This tool has streamlined the processing of SAMA fintech applications (to SAMA Regulatory Sandbox) by automating the end-to-end analysis of each submission. It first determines whether the application falls under SAMA’s mandate or that of another domestic regulator. It would then assess whether the proposed business model is already addressed by existing SAMA regulations or guidelines.
