Project Noor: enhancing artificial intelligence (AI) model transparency

The initiative, led by the BISIH Hong Kong Centre in collaboration with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority, will prototype explainable AI techniques that convert complex model logic into plain language and intuitive visuals. The project addresses new regulatory demands for auditable and explainable high-risk financial AI by enabling supervisors.
