As part of its digitisation initiative, the Deutsche Bundesbank is investigating the use of Natural Language Processing to support automated decision-making on the eligibility of securities prospectuses. The Directorate General Markets currently reviews hundreds of scanned prospectuses each month, a process that is both time-consuming and labour-intensive.
