Spanish Abstract: Un déficit excesivo ha provocado graves desequilibrios fiscales en algunos Estados miembros de la UE. Por ello, a finales de 2011, se aprobó una reforma normativa sustancial en la UE con el objetivo de modificar la supervisión de la política fiscal e incorporar la buena gobernanza económica en los Estados miembros.
