Central Banking reports that the Bank of Korea developed its sovereign AI platform, BOKI (Bank of Korea Intelligence), as part of South Korea’s broader national strategy to become a global AI leader by 2027. The internally deployed system is intended to support research, analytics, and operational efficiency across the central bank while reducing reliance on foreign AI infrastructure.
