Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) launches generative AI (GenAI) sandbox

The HKMA, in collaboration with tech hub Cyberport, announced the launch of the GenAI sandbox at FiNETech2, which aimed to help foster the adoption of the technology in the city's banking industry while mitigating potential risks.
