
FSA publishes the results of a mystery shopping review into the quality of investment advice in banks and building societies
In February 2013, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) published the results of a major mystery shopping review into the quality of investment advice provided by banks and building societies. This exercise, conducted between March and September 2012, involved 231 mystery shops across six major retail banking firms.
