FIU – FinTech Cooperation and Associated Cybercrime Typologies and Risks

To obtain a better understanding of the FinTech environment, a questionnaire was circulated to Egmont Group member FIUs. The questionnaire sought to understand which types of FinTech are subject to regulation in each jurisdiction, how the legislation treats them, what information they report to authorities and how they report it, and how FIUs use the information received.
