Federal bank regulatory agencies in the United States of America extend the comment period on bank-fintech relationships to October 30, 2024.

This extension, announced by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), the Federal Reserve, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), allows more time for stakeholders to provide input on the nature and implications of bank-fintech arrangements, as well as effective risk management practices.
