
FCA fines RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank Ltd £42 million for IT failures
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), in its first joint enforcement action with the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA), has fined the RBS Group (including NatWest and Ulster Bank) £42 million following a catastrophic IT system failure in 2012.
