FCA charges John Dance with offences related to WealthTek

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has formally charged John Dance, the principal partner of WealthTek LLP, with nine criminal counts including fraud by abuse of position and money laundering. The FCA alleges that between 2014 and 2023, Mr. Dance misappropriated over £64 million in client funds to finance a lavish lifestyle, including the purchase of racehorses and commercial properties.
