FCA asks for proposals on how open finance could transform financial services

In December 2019, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) launched a Call for Input to explore how "open finance" could transform the delivery of financial services. Building on the established principles of open banking, open finance involves the secure sharing of customer data across a much broader range of financial products, such as mortgages, savings, and general insurance.
