FCA and US CFTC sign Arrangement to collaborate on FinTech innovation

In 2018, the FCA and the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) signed a landmark cooperation arrangement to foster cross-border FinTech innovation. This agreement, the first of its kind between the CFTC and a non-US regulator, established a formal bridge between the FCA Innovate (Project Innovate) and LabCFTC initiatives.
