Digital Leaders Spotlight: Somalia

Somalia is advancing its digital government ambitions despite being an emerging state with limited e-government infrastructure. Through the Multi-Donor Action Initiative for Digital Government and Cybersecurity, GovStack supports Somalia in developing a national digital government strategy, designing priority e-government use cases, and building civil servant capacity.
