Digital Leaders Spotlight: Rwanda

Rwanda is pursuing an ambitious plan to fully digitise all government services by 2029 under its Second National Strategy for Transformation, with GovStack playing a central role in this effort. Since 2022, the GovStack approach has supported capacity building across government and the wider IT ecosystem, enabling faster, more secure and reusable digital public services.
