
Co-operation Agreement between the Financial Conduct Authority and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority
In late 2016, the Financial Conduct Authority and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority entered into a landmark Co-operation Agreement designed to accelerate financial innovation in both the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. This agreement marked the FCA's fifth such international partnership, following similar arrangements with Australia, Singapore, South Korea, and China.
