The initiative, dubbed the AI Readiness for Financial Services Industry Special Interest Group (SIG), was launched through the Fintech Open Source Foundation (FINOS) to facilitate the deployment of gen AI across financial institutions. Key players in this effort include Citi, Morgan Stanley, Scott Logic, and ControlPlane, with Databricks serving as an executive sponsor.
