CAP90 Transitional arrangements - Definition of capital

Chapter CAP 90 of the Basel Framework sets out transitional arrangements related to regulatory capital. It includes phased phase-out rules for capital instruments that no longer qualify as Additional Tier 1 or Tier 2 capital, gradually reducing their recognition over time to promote a stronger capital base.
