BLENDER

This tool, developed by the FCA Market Oversight Division, is a suptech application designed to detect market abuse by integrating and standardising data from multiple trading venues. Launched as a proof of concept in 2013 in response to MiFID requirements, it evolved into a pilot and then full cloud‑based production by 2017, with updates to meet MiFID II in 2018.
