Biographical note: Véronique Sani - Secretary General

Véronique Sani became Secretary General of the BIS on 1 December 2024. As Secretary General, she is a member of the Bank's Executive Committee.Prior to joining the BIS, Ms Sani was Chief Operating Officer of Natixis, the global financial services subsidiary of BPCE. In this role she was responsible for its global technology, operations, procurement, real estate and transformation strategy.
