Bid Rigging Indicator Analysis System (“BRIAS”)

The Korean Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) developed the Bid Rigging Indicator Analysis System (“BRIAS”) to help detect bid rigging. BRIAS is an automatic quantitative analysis IT system that analyses large amounts of online public procurement data and, based on indicators incorporated in it, quantifies the likelihood of bid rigging.
