BDE Mortgage Loan Floor-Clause Extraction PoC

A 2019 supervised-ML proof of concept by Banco de España to automatically extract non-standardised floor clauses from approximately 600 mortgage loan agreement files for market conduct supervision. Combined NLP and computer vision techniques to enable larger-sample supervisory reviews in less time while preserving traceability from extracted information back to source documents.
