BCTL Credit Registry Information System (CRIS)

Credit registry run by Banco Central de Timor-Leste under Instruction No. 3/2009. Banks and other licensed lenders submit loan-level data and reconciliations and can query it online; the governing resolution ties it to BCTL's supervisory information needs. BCTL issued an RFP for a replacement CRIS system in October 2017.
