ASIC's new digital portal, integrated within its existing Regulatory Portal, streamlines Australian financial services (AFS) licence applications from 5 May 2025. The modernised system offers automatic pre-filling of details, eliminates separate documentation uploads, and allows more granular selection of financial products and services while maintaining core information requirements.
